As our term is coming to an end we decided we would donate our wheelbarrow garden to Spencer House. Two children helped to wheel it over to some very grateful and happy people ๐Ÿ™‚ We hope they enjoy our garden whilst we are on holiday.

An extra special treat for I and T, these two boys have read every week for the entire YEAR! They were the only 2 children to read 5 times a week for the amount of weeks back in September and have kept it up all year! A huge achievement, Mrs Jones and I are so super proud of you. Well done ๐Ÿ™‚

Such a busy week

Filed under: General News — Miss Davis at 4:45 pm on Friday, July 6, 2018

Firstly, I am sorry for being so quiet on here! We have been so busy this week, lots of learning and lots of fun activities.

Our week started with an exciting visit from the judges of Northampton in Bloom. The judge went to visit Park Campus, and came to Stirling. I was lucky enough to show the judge all around our lovely school and show off the beautiful gardening we have all been doing. The judge was so impressed with all of our gardening and our enthusiasm!

Here is a sneak peak of Year 1โ€™s indoor garden ๐Ÿ™‚

Monday afternoon we were invited to watch the Year 6 performance of Olivia- it was absolutely amazing! Year 1 thoroughly enjoyed watching and were proud to watch the show! A huge well done, and a sigh of relief as you are now finished performing!

Yesterday and today we were lucky enough to see the huge talent that is in Year 4! Yesterday we joined parents and the rest of the school in the hall to watch the Year 4โ€™s brass concert. They were great and showed to the school how fun and brilliant playing and instrument is.

And today, during celebration assembly more Year 4โ€™s (and a couple of year 6โ€™s) performed a brilliant dance to us. It was amazing, that class really is full of peformers – Iโ€™m sure we will see some of you on the stage soon!!

A busy but fun week! 2 weeks left, and next week is just as busy. Monday is transfer day and Thursday is sports day! Looking forward to hearing all about Monday on Tuesday.

Enjoy your weekend,

Miss Davis ๐Ÿ™‚
